Return Policy

How Cloud Telecoms (trading as Telecloud) handles returns, refunds, and cancellations.

This Return Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and sets out the limited circumstances in which refunds may be issued, as well as the fees that apply to client-initiated cancellations.

1. Refunds

We operate a strict no-refunds policy. Where appropriate, we may credit your account in place of a refund.

2. Unavailability of Goods or Services

The provision of goods and services by Telecloud is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Telecloud will refund the client in full within 30 days.

3. Order Cancellations

Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.
