What Multi-Currency is for

Invoice, quote and get paid in currencies other than your own — a currency list you control, exchange rates kept up to date automatically off a daily feed (or entered by hand from a bank advice), foreign-currency documents that convert to your base currency on the ledger, and the realised exchange gain/loss journal that clears the difference when they settle.
