Let and bill property — a register of rental units with their tenant, rent, size and lease dates, water sub-metering that reads each meter and bills the usage, and lease escalations that work out every increase due from the lease start date and apply them in one pass, with an audit trail of every rise. Switch it on and it appears as a Rentals dropdown inside the Subscriptions and Rentals app, billing on the same bill run.
