The Base Platform is, at R100 per user a month — one rate, from the first person to the hundredth, with no bands to cross. Add-ons are never per user: one flat monthly price covers everyone on the site. And everyone you add gets the same platform rather than a cheaper cut-down seat.

Not by moving you up anything. There are no tiers, no bands and no headcount thresholds to cross: the Base Platform is R100 per user whether you are one person or a hundred, and an add-on is the same flat monthly price for the whole site however many people end up using it. Your bill moves in the two ways you can see coming — you add someone, or you switch on another app — and the table above prices both before you commit to either.

The people in your organization who can sign in to it. Our own support staff don't count — when we sign in to help you, that is on us, not on your bill — and neither does a partner or reseller who has been given access to your organization. Your user count is taken fresh each time we invoice you, so the people you are charged for always match who is actually there.

One. A single person is an ordinary Lubb organization rather than a special case, and R100 a month is the smallest invoice we raise. There is no block of seats to buy up front and nothing that unlocks only at five or ten people — you pay for who can actually sign in, and you add the next person when you hire them.

Yes, whenever you like — there is nothing to upgrade and no one to ask. Your user count is taken when we raise your invoice, so someone who joins is on the next bill and someone who leaves comes off it.
